With the concurrence of the Chairman, under Section 100(B)(4)(b) of the Local Government Act 1972, this matter is included on the agenda to ensure that the timetable for response to the Audit Commission Consultation Draft on Comprehensive Performance Assessment is met.

Summary

The following decision is sought:

· that the draft response to the District Audit consultation paper is approved in order that it can be returned by the deadline of 26 April 2002.
