A meeting of the South Hampshire Rapid Transit Procurement Joint Panel will be held on Monday 22 April, 2002 at 1.30 pm in The Portal Room, Castle Hill Offices, The Castle, Winchester when your attendance is requested. Please note in particular the revised arrangements - the meeting was originally scheduled to take place in Portsmouth.

Car parking has been reserved for Portsmouth City Council representatives and District Council observers on the Top Deck Car Park, Ashburton Court, The Castle, Winchester - please show your papers to the car park attendant upon arrival. Please report to Chief Executive's Reception, Room 100 Elizabeth II Court, and you will be directed to the Portal Room.
