86 COMPREHENSIVE PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT - DRAFT OF SELF ASSESSMENT

The Cabinet considered the report of the Chief Executive (In the Minute Book) and accompanying draft of the proposed self assessment required as part of the Comprehensive Performance Assessment model. The Cabinet examined the proposed submission in depth and the officers answered questions, clarified points of detail, and took detailed notes of Member comments with a view to amending the paper in the light of these to form the substantive submission version. At the conclusion of a full discussion, the Leader and the Chief Executive were authorised to approve the wording of the final submission which had to be with the Audit Commission on 1 May 2002. A copy of the decision sheet is set out as Appendix 1 to these Minutes.
