1. Summary

1.1. The following decisions are sought:

To appoint Mr. P. Langdon and Councillor Mrs E. M.F. Randall in place of Mr. D. Lloyd and Councillor J. Waddington respectively onto the Hampshire Buildings Preservation Trust Ltd - Board of Governors; the appointment of Mr. Langdon to be until 31 October 2003 and Councillor Mrs Randall until 31 October 2002.

2. Reason(s):

2.1. The County Council appoints 9 representatives on to the Hampshire Buildings Preservation Trust Ltd - Board of Governors. The current appointees are Councillors P.J. Chegwyn, A.W. Rice, TD, J. Waddington, Mrs. P.G. Banks, E.F. Gale, M.J. Woodhall, Mrs S.E. Allbright, Mr. M.D.C.C. Campbell and Mr. D. Lloyd.

2.2. Mr. D. Lloyd has recently resigned from this outside body and Councillor J. Waddington also wishes to stand down. As a result of this relevant nominations have been sought and are put forward for the approval of the Executive Member, Policy and Resources.
