1. Summary

1.1 The following decision is sought:

That the appointment of a Chairman to the following Highway Management Advisory Panels is made:-

(i) Basingstoke and Deane - Councillor K.B. Estlin

(ii) East Hampshire - Councillor J.K. West

(iii) Eastleigh - Councillor C.R.H. Davidovitz

(iv) Fareham - Councillor K. B. Estlin

(v) Gosport - Councillor M. S. Geddes

(vi) Hart - Councillor J.W. Stocks

(vii) Havant - Councillor K.B. Estlin

(viii) New Forest - Councillor J. Waddington

(ix) Rushmoor - Councillor R.J. Baulk

(x) Test Valley - Councillor K.B. Estlin

(xi) Winchester - Councillor K.B. Estlin

2. Reason

2.1 Pursuant to Part 1: Chapter 10 of the County Council's Constitution, one Highway Management Advisory Panel to be set up for each district council's area, the County Councillors whose County Electoral Divisions fall within the area of the district council to be the County Council's representatives. The appointment of Chairmen will be made by the Executive Member for Environment.
