1. Summary

1.1 The following decision is sought:

(i) That on behalf of Hampshire County Council, the Executive Member approve the attached Adult Learning Plan for the period August 2002 to July 2003.

2. Reason

2.1 The Adult Learning Plan is required by the Learning and Skills Council in order to secure funding for the County Council's adult and community learning provision.

2.2 The Adult Learning Plan for 2002/2003 carries on from the initial Adult Learning Plan for April 2001 to July 2002 which is currently being implemented.
