2. POLICY FOR APPLICATIONS TO ERECT TELECOMMUNICATION MASTS ON COUNTY COUNCIL LAND AND PROPERTY (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services about the County Council's policy on the use of its land and buildings for the provision of telecommunications base stations and recommends no material change to the existing moratorium.

3. YOUR REGION, YOUR CHOICE WHITE PAPER (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Chief Executive setting out the Government's proposals for regional government in England as set out in the White Paper. The Cabinet have invited this Policy Review Committee to examine and comment on the issues prior to a full debate by Council.

4. COMPREHENSIVE PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT (CPA)

To consider the report of the Chief Executive outlining the process currently underway to arrive at a Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA) for Hampshire County Council.

5. BEST VALUE REVIEW OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

To consider the report of the Chief Executive on the best value review of International Relations.

6. BEST VALUE REVIEW - DEMOCRATIC SERVICES

The Committee are invited to appoint a replacement for Councillor P A Heath on this best value review as he is no longer a Member of this Committee. The other Councillors involved in the review are M.F. Cartwright; S.A. Hayes and J. Wall.

7. EAST HAMPSHIRE'S COMMUNITY STRATEGY (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Chief Executive seeking comments on the East Hampshire Community Strategy both in terms of content and process.

8. DISTRICT PARTNERSHIP COMMUNITY SAFETY STRATEGIES 2002-2005

To consider the report of the Chief Executive summarising the District partnership community safety strategies for East Hampshire, Hart, Havant and Rushmoor.

9. REORGANISATION OF POSTAL SERVICES AND IMPACT ON SUB-POST OFFICES (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Head of Economic Development detailing the key changes and challenges facing Hampshire's sub-post office network and proposed ways in which the County Council, together with partner organisations might help lessen the impacts of the changes.

10. SEEDA REGIONAL ECONOMIC STRATEGY 2002 CONSULTATION DOCUMENT

To consider a proposal by Councillor M.J. Roberts for a report by the Head of Economic Development to the next meeting on this item.
