1. Summary
1.1 The following decision is sought:
That the revised cost estimate of £3 million for the Blackwater Valley Bus Service 1 Priority Route - Phase 1 be approved.
2. Reason
2.1 The Executive Member for Environment approved the attached report on 14 May 2002 but, as the scheme value is greater than £500,000, the report is subject to the approval of the Executive Member for Policy and Resources.
