1. Summary

1.1. The following decision is sought:

To appoint Councillor Mrs. V. Steel in place of Councillor J.K. West on the Portsmouth and South-East CHC until 31 August, 2004.

2. Reason

2.1. The County Council appoints 2 representatives on to the Portsmouth and South-East CHC. The current appointees Mr. D. Dann and Councillor J.K. West. Councillor West is to stand down which leaves a vacancy to be filled by the Executive Member for Policy and Resources and Councillor Mrs. V. Steel has been nominated.
