Members will have already seen the first draft version of the Best Value Review of Procurement. Attached is the final draft which incorporates comments made by the Members at the Best Value meeting held on Wednesday 3 April 2002.

European Convention on Human Rights and the Human Rights Act 1998

The proposals within this report are compatible with the provisions of the European Convention on Human Rights and the Human Rights Act 1998.

Recommendation

That the final draft of the Best Value Review of Procurement together with the management action plan be approved.
