To appoint Councillor T.G. Knight in place of Councillor Capt. K.B. Estlin on the Portsmouth Naval Base Property Trust Strategy and Development Committee until 31 August 2004.

2. Reason(s):

2.1. The County Council appoints 1 representative on to the Portsmouth Naval Base Property Trust Strategy and Development Committee. The current appointee is Councillor Capt. K.B. Estlin who is unable to continue which will leave a vacancy. It is for the Executive Member - Policy and Resources to make this appointment.
