1 Summary

1.1 This report lists acknowledgements and thanks from grant recipients, sets out a summary of the project development grant applications received since the last meeting of the panel on 11 March 2002 and recommends to the Executive Member for Education allocations totalling £15,950.

1 Acknowledgements

1.1 Members will be pleased to learn that letters of thanks in acknowledgement of grants or reports of trips undertaken have been received from North East Hampshire Water Activities Centre Association, Colden Common Detached Youth Work Project, Diocese of Portsmouth Board of Education, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Youth Options, Carroll Youth Centre, Hampshire County Scout Council and The Source, Aldershot. They are tabled in the acknowledgements file and are available at the meeting for Members' information.

2 Budget 2002/03

2.1 The revenue grant budget for the 2002/03 financial year and details of grant allocations already determined by the previous meetings of the sub-committee are as follows:

Recommendation
