4. M3 NOISE LEVELS

Councillor Mrs. A. E. Bailey to move:-

That this Council, in line with its policies on improving the environment for

our residents, should request and lobby the Government and Minister for Transport to bring forward the date of the resurfacing of the M3, with a low noise surface, particularly between junctions 4 to 4A and 10 to 13 and any other seriously affected section and should also support improved noise barriers along the most densly populated sections.
