ADOPTION OF A MODEL CODE OF CONDUCT FOR MEMBERS

1. The Authority has approved and signed up to a Code of Conduct for Members as recommended to it by the Authority's Standards Committee.

2. A notice indicating that the Code has been adopted has been published in newspapers circulating in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight and a copy was also sent to the Standards Board for England by the deadline of 6 May 2002.
