You are hereby summoned to attend the meeting of the County Council
to be held at The Castle, Winchester at 10.00 a.m. on THURSDAY 25 JULY 2002
to consider and resolve upon the business set out in the Agenda below.
There will be a short service of prayer at the beginning of the meeting.

1. To confirm the Minutes of the meeting held on 16 May 2002.
2. To receive such communications as the Chairman may desire to lay before the Council.
3. To receive such reports as the Leader of the Council may desire to bring
before the Council.

5. To make such alterations in the membership of committees, panels and outside bodies as the Council may think fit.

To consider a report of the Chief Executive following consideration of the issues raised in the White Paper by the Cabinet and the Policy and Resources Policy Review Committee.
