To consider the report of the Clerk about proposals being brought forward by the Government regarding the local investigation and determination of misconduct allegations.

4. RULES RELATING TO CHANGES IN HFRA AND COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP

To consider a request by Councillor M.F. Cartwright that a report be prepared by the Clerk on this for the next meeting of the Standards Committee.
