To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the adoption of a strategy for European cooperation in the field of culture.

RECOMMENDATION:

That, by virtue of Paragraph 1 of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following item.

8. MEMBERSHIP OF HAMPSHIRE COUNTRYSIDE ACCESS FORUM AND PROPOSALS FOR COUNTRYSIDE ACCESS PLANS (Report herewith)

To consider the confidential report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the Hampshire Countryside Access Forum.

On completion of the formal business a discussion will be held on the future role of the Committee and items to be considered over the next few months.
