To receive the report of the Chief Fire Officer on the outcome of the grading review of Support Staff posts.

4. FAIRNESS AND DIGNITY MEETING - A NEW PERSPECTIVE
(Report herewith)

To receive a report of the Chief Fire Officer about proposed changes to the structure and format of Fairness and Dignity meetings.

5. SERVICE RESTRUCTURE

To receive a presentation by the Chief Fire Officer. A video will be shown about the changes so far made as part of the restructure and the principles involved in the next stages.

6. PERSONNEL TIMELINES

To receive a presentation by the Chief Fire Officer by way of the Fire Service Website on progress with regard to this matter.

7. DATE OF NEXT MEETING

To note that there will be a further meeting of this Committee at 10.00 a.m. on 18 December, 2002 at Fire Headquarters, Eastleigh; the calendar of Personnel and other HFRA meetings for 2003 will be reported to the Authority on 25 September, 2002.
