You are hereby summoned to attend the meeting of the County Council
to be held at The Castle, Winchester at 10.00 a.m. on THURSDAY
19 SEPTEMBER 2002 to consider and resolve upon the business set out in the Agenda below.
There will be a short service of prayer at the beginning of the meeting.

To consider the report of the Head of Corporate and Legal Services pursuant to Minute 99 (i) of the meeting held on 25 July 2002.
7. To deal with questions pursuant to Standing Order 20 (b) (i).
8. To make such alterations in the membership of committees and panels which are not subject to proportionality rules, and in representation on outside bodies as the Council may think fit.
