6. NORTH EAST HAMPSHIRE TRANSPORT STRATEGY - MONITORING UPDATE (Report herewith)

To receive a report of the County Surveyor which sets out details of additional monitoring undertaken during May and September 2002 as part of the North East Hampshire Transport Strategy.

7. POLICY AND SCHEME UPDATE (Report herewith)

To receive a report of the County Surveyor which sets out progress on various studies and schemes being undertaken in the North East Hampshire Transport Strategy area.

8. SOUTH EAST ENGLAND REGIONAL TRANSPORT STRATEGY - CONSULTATION (Report herewith)

To receive a report of the County Surveyor highlighting the key issues of particular interests to North East Hampshire in respect of the draft Regional Transport Strategy. In addition, it provides comments in response to the public consultation recently agreed by the Executive Member for Environment.

9. LOCAL TRANSPORT PLAN - ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT 2002

To receive a report of the County Surveyor on the delivery of the Local Transport Plan (LTP) and the content of the County Council's second Annual Progress Report (APR) submitted to the Government Office for the South East (GOSE) and the Department for Transport (DfT) on 31 July 2002.

10. B3272 (INCLUDING A30 AND A327) EVERSLEY TO BLACKWATER ROUTE MANAGEMENT STRATEGY (Report herewith)

To receive a report of the County Surveyor which summarises the transportation issues and initial proposals for the B3272 between Eversley and Blackwater, the A30 between Hartfordbridge and Blackwater and the A327 Eversley to Hartfordbridge.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
