1. APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN

RESOLVED:

That Councillor Mrs. P.M. Devereux be appointed chairman for the meeting.

2. EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

RESOLVED:

That, by virtue of Paragraph 1 of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of Item 3.

3. LOCAL GOVERNMENT PENSION SCHEME APPEAL

The Panel considered the confidential report of the Treasurer to the Pension Fund, and the submission by the respondent, Kingfisher Housing Association, and the submission by the appellant, Mr D. Goddard, and all the views expressed.

RESOLVED:

That the appeal be upheld.
