6. ENGLISH IN KEY STAGE 2 (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the County Education Officer detailing the progress that has been made in raising pupil standards in English in Key Stage 2 and proposed actions to consult with partners on replacing the Year 4 English test with the Year 4 Qualifications Curriculum Authority test.
