To receive a report of the County Surveyor on the delivery of the Local Transport Plan and the content of the County Council's second Annual Progress Report submitted to the Government Office for the South East and the Department for Transport on 31 July 2002.

To receive a report of the County Surveyor and Director of Development Services (Winchester City Council) which sets out progress made in developing and implementing schemes within the Winchester Movement and Access Plan.

7. PEDESTRIAN ATTITUDE STUDY (Report herewith)

To receive a report of the County Surveyor and Director of Development Services (Winchester City Council) which sets out the results of the Pedestrian Attitude Study along with a number of proposed improvements.

8. OUCOME OF 2002 MONITORING AND TRANSPOL SURVEYS
(Report herewith)

To receive a report of the County Surveyor which sets out the findings of surveys undertaken during 2002 and makes comparisons with similar surveys previously undertaken to assess the impact of initiatives within the Winchester Movement and Access Plan.

To receive a report of the County Surveyor and Director of Development Services (Winchester City Council) which outlines proposals for the Romsey Road corridor.

10. EASTON LANE TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT/CYCLE SCHEME

To receive a report of the County Surveyor and Director of Development Services (Winchester City Council) which outlines proposals for the Easton Lane traffic management/cycle scheme.

11. JEWRY STREET/CITY ROAD IMPROVEMENT SCHEME
(Report herewith)

To receive a report of the County Surveyor and Director of Development Services (Winchester City Council) which outlines proposals for the Jewry Street/City Road improvement scheme.

12. DATE OF NEXT MEETING

It is proposed to hold the next meeting of the Winchester Movement and Access Plan Joint Members' Panel on Tuesday 4 March 2003 at 2.00 p.m. in The Chute Room, The Castle, Winchester.


County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
