1. At the meeting of the Panel on 25 July 2002, the sum of £36,268 was allocated to crime prevention initiatives.

2. Therefore, the amount available for allocation at today's meeting is £94,357.

3. The reports attached give details of 13 individual applications which, if approved at the maximum required, would total some £49,865. The amounts recommended by the Panel's Consultant total £35,750.

That the report be noted.
