To receive a report of the Head of Planning Services (Test Valley Borough Council) detailing proposals included in the new Borough Local Plan which implement the Hampshire County Structure Plan (Review) requirement for a major development area at Andover.

To receive a report of the Head of Planning Services (Test Valley Borough Council) updating the Members on the latest position of the Public Inquiry in respect of Andover High Street and the process thereon.

To receive a report of the Head of Planning Services (Test Valley Borough Council) setting out the Borough Council's proposals to implement a special and permitted parking area in Test Valley.
13. CANGO - RURAL BUS CHALLENGE FUND (Report herewith)
To receive a report of the Director of Environment detailing information about the new demand-responsive bus services, branded `Cango', which were launched in Test Valley on 28 June 2002 as part of the County Council's new approach to providing public transport in rural areas of Hampshire.
14. DATE,TIME AND VENUE OF THE NEXT MEETING OF THE PANEL
It is proposed to hold the next meeting of the Andover and Western Hampshire Transportation Panel on Thursday 6 February 2003 at 2.00 p.m. at The Guildhall, Andover.
County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Orders 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
