To receive a report of the Director of Environment on the delivery of the Local Transport Plan and the content of the County Council's second Annual Progress Report submitted to the Government Office for the South East and the Department for Transport on 31 July 2002.

To receive a report of the Director of Environment which updates on progress made in developing and implementing schemes within the New Forest Transport Strategy area.
7. COASTAL TOWNS STRATEGY PROGRESS (Report herewith)
To receive a report of the Director of Environment which updates on the Local Transport Plan Capital Programmes for 2001/02, 2002/03 and 2003/04 within the Coastal Towns Transport Strategy area.
8. NEW FOREST DISTRICT - STRATEGIC CYCLE ROUTES - SUGGESTIONS FROM A WORKING GROUP
To receive a presentation by the Director of Environment Services (New Forest District Council) on proposals for strategic cycle routes in the New Forest area.
9. `STRATEGY FOR THE NEW FOREST' : THE REVIEW PROCESS PUBLIC CONSULTATION AND LINKS WITH THE REVISED NEW FOREST TRANSPORT STRATEGY (Report herewith)
To receive a report of the Chairman of the New Forest Committee which sets out progress made on the Strategy for the New Forest document.
10. NEW FOREST TRANSPORT MONITORING 2002 (Report herewith)
To receive a report of the Director of Environment which outlines the results of the latest round of monitoring for the New Forest Transport Strategy area.
11. DIBDEN TERMINAL - TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE PROPOSALS

To receive a report of the Director of Environment which advises Members of the arising issues in relation to the Dibden Terminal Inquiry and provide an opportunity to inform the Inquiry Inspectors of the formal council views.
12. TRAFFIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES IN LYNDHURST
To receive a presentation by Councillor Kendal on traffic and environmental issues in Lyndhurst.
13. DATE OF NEXT MEETING
It is proposed to hold the next meeting of the New Forest Transportation Strategy Members Panel on Tuesday 18 March 2003 at 2.00 p.m. in The Chute Room, The Castle, Winchester.
County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
