To consider the report of the Director of Social Services seeking approval to a change in function of the home and resident group to the whole home providing residential care to older people with dementia including 6 intermediate care beds.

7. PARTICIPATION IN NHS LIFT (LOCAL IMPROVEMENT FINANCE TRUST)

To consider the report of the Director of Social Services welcoming the opportunity to become a partner in the formation of an NHS LIFT company with East Hampshire and Fareham and Gosport Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) and their District Councils and seeking agreement to be a participant in the strategic partnership agreement and to work in partnership with PCT's; local district councils and others to implement phase one schemes and to develop proposals for future schemes.
