To receive a report of the Director of Environment which updates on the current situation regarding organisation, programme of works and budgets for Hampshire Highways, Test Valley.

To receive a report of the Director of Environment on progress made on the 2002/03 minor works schemes and the rolling programme of minor work schemes for prioritisation for 2003/04.
8. OTHER PROGRAMMES AND SCHEMES - STATUS REPORT

To receive a report of the Director of Environment setting out the current positions of various programmes and schemes within the Test Valley area.
9. DATE OF NEXT MEETING
It is proposed to hold the next meeting of the Test Valley Highway Management Advisory Panel on Friday 28 February 2003 at 10.00 a.m. at Test Valley Borough Council Offices, Duttons Road, Romsey.
County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
