6. HAMPSHIRE HIGHWAYS SOUTH - GOSPORT - STATUS REPORT (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Director of Environment outlining the up-to-date organisation, programme of works and budgets for Hampshire Highways, Gosport.

7. MINOR WORKS PROGRAMME (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Director of Environment and Director of Development and Environment, Gosport Borough Council on progress made on the 2002/03 minor works schemes; and the rolling programme of minor works schemes for prioritisation for 2003/04.

8. A32 TRAFFIC SIGNALS AND URBAN TRAFFIC CONTROL (UTC)

To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the current position in relation to UTC on the A32; current proposals and scope for future developments.

To consider the report of the Director of Environment covering issues in respect of Traffic Regulation Order Programmes; Low Cost Casualty Reduction Programme 2002/03; Bridge Works Programme; Intelligent Transport Systems Programme 2002/03; South East Hampshire Transport Strategy Scheme Report; Regeneration of Older Urban Areas Programme and Development Related Works.

10. DATE, TIME AND VENUE OF NEXT MEETING

To confirm the proposed date, time and venue for the next meeting on Monday 17 March 2003 at 6.00 p.m. at Gosport Borough Council.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
