1 APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN

2 PERIODIC ELECTORAL REVIEW OF COUNTY ELECTORAL DIVISIONS (Report to follow)

To consider a report of the Chief Executive setting out proposals for County Electoral Divisions having regard to guidance issued by the Electoral Commission. The guidance sets out the legal and procedural framework for this review which is being undertaken by the Boundary Committee for England.

The County Council's proposals are required by the Boundary Committee by 25 November. This Panel has been authorised to agree proposals for submission.

All Members of the Council are invited to the meeting.

The proposals will be considered by the Council at its meeting on 28 November 2002.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this committee/sub-committee/panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the Chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
