To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking support for a Project Appraisal for a maintenance scheme on a section of Jacobs Gutter Lane and Bury Road between the A326 spur road and Normandy Way prior to decision by the Executive Member for Policy and Resources.
2. IMPLEMENTING THE RECYCLING PLAN 2003/04 (Report herewith)
