To agree to the appointment of a replacement for Councillor Mrs P Dickens at the meeting of the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Flood Defence Committee on

7 wJanuary 2003.

Councillor Mrs Dickens is unable to attend on this occasion. Budget issues are to be discussed by the Flood Defence Committee and the County Council should be fully represented.
