1. Summary

1.1. The following decision is sought:

1.1.1 That the `Community Strategy for Gosport, Partnership Document 2003 - 2006' be approved

1.1.2 That the Partnership Document, it's subsequent Action Plan and the Summary Leaflet be referred to Policy and Resources Policy Review Committee for comment and the Executive Member for Policy and Resources for approval in March 2003.

1. Reason(s):

2.1 Hampshire County Council is a key partner in the Gosport Partnership which has prepared the `Community Strategy for Gosport, Partnership Document 2003 - 2006.' Hampshire County Council approval of this document is necessary so that the Action Plan can be developed for approval by Executive Member for Policy and Resources and implemented within this strategic framework.
