To consider a report of the County Treasurer and Director of Environment detailing the proposed Revenue Budget for 2003/04 for the Environment Department in addition to detailing the revised budget for 2002/03.

7. CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2003/04 TO 2006/07 (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the County Treasurer and Director of Environment detailing the proposed Capital Programme 2003/04 to 2006/07 for the Environment Department and also updates progress on, and proposed amendments to the 2002/03 programme.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this Committee or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the Chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
