6. THE ASSESSMENT OF THE HIGHWAY CONDITION IN HAMPSHIRE (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment detailing the current approach in respect of the assessment of the highway condition in Hampshire and the changes that
are required to these arrangements in light of the County Council's Best Value Review, the implementation of the National United Kingdom Pavement Management System (UKPMS) and the recently launched National Code of Practice "Delivering Best Value in Highway Maintenance".
7. HIGHWAYS MAINTENANCE BUDGET 2002/03 (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment outlining the Highways Maintenance budget county-wide and the specific budget and works programme for Rushmoor.
8. OTHER NETWORK MANAGEMENT PROGRAMMES (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment covering the issues of Casualty Reduction and Safer Routes to School Programmes, street lighting, Community Safety Initiative and the under £10,000 programme for the Rushmoor area.
9. TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PROGRAMMES 2002/03 (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment covering the main programmes of traffic management work in the Rushmoor area.
10. OTHER PROGRAMMES AND SCHEME STATUS REPORT

To consider a report of the Director of Environment covering issues in respect of Bridge Works Programme 2002/03; Intelligent Transport System Programme 2002/03; North East Hampshire Transport Strategy (NEHTS) schemes and Regeneration of Older Urban Areas programme.
11. TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT IN THE AYLING LANE AND CHURCH LANE WEST AREA, ALDERSHOT (Report herewith)
To consider the report of the Director of Environment regarding comments received following an exhibition held for residents of Ayling Lane, Church Lane West and Rowhill Area.
12. DATE, TIME AND VENUE OF NEXT MEETING
To confirm the proposed date, time and venue for the next meeting of the Panel on Wednesday 12 March 2003 at 2.00 p.m. at Rushmoor Borough Council.
County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
