2. PROPOSED CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2003/04 TO 2006/07 AND
REVISED INTEGRATED TRANSPORT PROGRAMME 2002/03

To consider a report of the Director of Environment and County Treasurer updating progress on, and amendments to the 2002/03 Integrated Transport programme (Appendix 1). It also proposes the capital programme for Environment for 2003/04 to 2006/07 (Appendix 2 and 3).
