6. B3272 ROUTE MANAGEMENT STRATEGY AND THE YATELEY VILLAGE DESIGN FRAMEWORK - PUBLIC CONSULTATION

To consider a report of the Director of Environment which summarises the results of the public consultation carried out in November 2002.

7. CAPITAL PROGRAMME - UPDATE (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the revised integrated transport programme for 2002/03, a new programme for 2003/04 and proposes reassessment of schemes for possible inclusion in the 2004/05 programme.

8. TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT IN THE COVE ROAD AND BRIDGE ROAD AREA (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Head of Highway and Transport Services (Rushmoor Borough Council) on a proposal for environmental and safety improvements around the Cove Road and Bridge Road area.

9. DATE OF NEXT MEETING

It is proposed to hold the next meeting of the North East Hampshire Transportation Strategy Panel on Wednesday 8 October 2003 at 10.00 a.m. at Hart District Council offices.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
