To consider a report of the Director of Environment outlining proposals for expanding intelligent transport systems in Winchester to provide accurate and timely information.
9. ROMSEY ROAD CORRIDOR PROPOSALS (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment outlining the outcome of a consultation exercise undertaken in autumn 2002 regarding the proposals for the Romsey Road corridor.

To consider a report of the Director of Environment detailing the proposed approach for the successful bid for funding for Romsey Road in Winchester.
12. DATE OF NEXT MEETING
It is proposed to hold the next meeting of the Panel on Thursday 6 November 2003 at 2.00 p.m. at The Castle, Winchester.
County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
