To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the revised integrated transport programme for 2002/03, a new programme for 2003/04 and proposed reassessment of schemes for possible inclusion in the 2004/05 programme.

To consider a report of the Director of Environment and the Director of Planning, Environment and Transport (Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council) on a number of proposals being considered for the Basingstoke Environmental Strategy for Transport area.

7. BUS QUALITY PARTNERSHIP - PROGRESS REPORT (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment and the Director of Planning, Environment and Transport (Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council) on progress made in developing the Bus Quality Partnership for Line 1 between Hatch Warren and Tadley via the town centre and North Hampshire Hospital.

8. INTELLIGENT TRANSPORT SYSTEMS - UPDATE (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment and Director of Planning, Environment and Transport (Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council) on current and proposed Intelligent Transport Systems in the Basingstoke Environmental Strategy for Transport area.

9. DATE OF NEXT MEETING

It is proposed to hold the next meeting of the Basingstoke Environmental Strategy for Transport Members Panel on Wednesday 8 October 2003 at 2.00 p.m. at Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council offices.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
