REPORT OF THE

HEALTH REVIEW COMMITTEE

PART II

1 The first meeting of the Committee was held on 29 January 2003.

2 The Committee endorsed the broad principles set out in the County Council's consultation paper "Health Review in Hampshire" which will guide and support the arrangements the Committee develops for health scrutiny.

3 The Committee confirmed that "The Health of our Children and Young Persons"
should be considered for review and that a draft programme of reviews should be
discussed with partner organisations for presentation to the next meeting of the
Committee.
