6. TRANSFORMING YOUTH WORK - RESOURCING EXCELLENT YOUTH SERVICES (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the County Education Officer advising the Executive Member for Education to adopt the transforming Youth Work Resourcing Excellent Youth Services as the aspiration for developing future youth provision in Hampshire.

To consider a report of the County Education Officer advising the Executive Member for Education to approve the grant applications summarised below, and transfer the remaining £27,050 to capital to support the planned building improvements at Hamble Youth Centre:

To note the Minutes of the Combined Youth Justice Committee held on 25 September 2002.
County Councillors attending as appointed members of this Panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
Independent Members similarly qualify for payment of travelling expenses.
