To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the revised integrated programme for 2002/03, a new programme for 2003/04 and the proposed reassessment of schemes for possible inclusion in the 2004/05 programme.

6. NEW FOREST TRANSPORT STRATEGY DOCUMENT (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment which summarised the results of the consultation undertaken in March 2001 on the draft New Forest Transport Strategy (NFTS) and to update on progress made as a result of the previous NFTS document produced in 1998.

7. NEW FOREST TRANSPORT STRATEGY PROGRESS (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment which updates Members on the Local Transport Plan Capital Programmes for 2002/03 and 2003/04 within the New Forest Transport Strategy area.

8. COASTAL TOWNS STRATEGY PROGRESS (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment which updates Members on the Local Transport Plan Capital Programmes for 2002/03 and 2003/04 within the Coastal Towns Transport Strategy area.

9. NEW FOREST DISTRICT - STRATEGIC CYCLE ROUTES
(Report herewith)

To consider a joint report of the Director of Environment and Head of Policy, Design and Information (New Forest District Council) on the development of the proposed network of strategic cycle routes for the New Forest area.

10. LYNDHURST HIGH STREET TRAFFIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENT SCHEME MONITORING (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment outlining the results of the extensive data collection exercise which took place before and after the implementation of the Lyndhurst High Street and Environmental scheme.

11. DATE OF NEXT MEETING

It is proposed to hold the next meeting of the New Forest Transportation Strategy Members Panel on Tuesday 28 October 2003 at 2.00 p.m. at The Castle, Winchester.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
