1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

To consider the report of the County Treasurer and County Education Officer on proposed changes to the scheme and formula funding for schools.

13. REVIEW OF THE OUTDOOR EDUCATION SERVICE (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the County Education Officer on progress with the implementation plan for the outdoor education service and on health and safety in outdoor pursuits.

14. MEMBERS' QUESTIONS

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this committee or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.

Appointed and co-opted members similarly qualify for payment of travelling expenses.
