1. Advice to Education Officers relating to statutory assessment · Joint guidance to be produced with officers on Tribunal attendance by March 2. Improved educational attainments of students · Project on KS3 attainment · Project on cognitive style · Project on academic motivation 3. Improved social and emotional well being of students in schools · Further development of service delivery arrangements with EOTAS, eg, joint case conferences to plan provision for children out of school. · To improve co-ordination (delivery rates) of parent development programmes, eg, Confident Parents, Confident Kids (CPCK). 4. Improved Support to Early Years Providers · Ensure feedback about Hampshire Educational Psychology Service is included in stakeholder consultations undertaken by Early Years Unit · Implement new time recording system from April 5. Improved educational attainments for looked after children · Subject to resources, designate specific educational psychologists to lead this development in each area in partnership with the Corporate Looked After Children Team 6. Improved educational attainments for pupils 16 - 19 · Seek opportunity to establish business case for work in colleges in partnership with County Treasurers 7. Improved support and challenge for staff in HEPS · Solicit feedback from community teams by end of March 2003. |
