Client Feedback Received During 2001

At the completion of every project, the client is asked to complete a feedback summary giving their view on the performance of both the Department and the

contractor. The Department's performance during 2001 was rated as either good or excellent by 85% of customers over a range of 302 different projects.

Chart based on the results of 302 client feedback forms received between 1st January 2001 and 31st December 2001.
