That the appended policy statement "Developers' Contributions towards Education Facilities - March 2003" be approved and that the principles be included in the proposed Supplementary Planning Guidance relating to contributions towards County Council services.

2.1 To provide a framework for the negotiation of contributions from developers towards additional facilities in schools which is required as a consequence of residential development.
