Summary

The following decision is sought:

That the Executive Member for Education advises the Executive Member for Policy and Resources that he supports the project appraisal for the construction of additional basic need teaching accommodation at Brookfield Community School at an estimated cost of £1,435,000, excluding fees.

2.1

To provide additional basic need teaching accommodation at the School.

3.1

The requirements of the school for the facilities in question has been identified as a priority and the works set out in the design project appraisal are considered to be the most appropriate and cost effective way of meeting that need.
