5. SAFETY CAMERAS ON HAMPSHIRE TRUNK ROADS

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking a decision to enter into an agreement under Section 6 of the Highways Act 1980 with the Highways Agency to permit the County Council to install speed (safety) cameras and associated signing on the A36 trunk road at West Wellow.
6. PARISH LENGTHSMEN (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for a number of arrangements to be put in place to improve the level of communication and liaison between local Highway Offices and Parish Councils and to ensure that minor maintenance works are prioritised in a way that takes parish concerns into account.
7. OFF-SITE TRANSPORT CONTRIBUTION - RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT AT HMS DAEDALUS, GOSPORT (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for the Chief Executive to conclude an appropriate legal Agreement with the Secretary of State for Defence in relation to the making of a financial contribution towards facilities to improve accessibility to and from HMS Daedalus, Gosport by alternative transport means, particularly cycling, within the Newgate Lane/Broom Way corridor.
8. TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER - PARKING PLACES AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING, ST THOMAS PARK, LYMINGTON

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for an Order to be made under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to restrict waiting and amend parking place provision in St Thomas Park, Lymington.
