1. Summary
1.1 The following decision is sought:
That the further development of priority cycle routes in each of the boroughs of Fareham, Gosport and Havant be approved, as in the attached report submitted to the South East Hampshire Transportation Panel on 26 March 2003.
2. Reason
2.1 To establish local and South East Hampshire Transport-wide priorities for cycle schemes.
3. Other Options Considered and Rejected
3.1 Not to support continuation of the cycle schemes programme.
4. Conflicts of Interest Declared by the Decision Maker or a Member or Officer consulted - None.
5. Dispensation granted by the Standards Committee - Not applicable.
