1. Summary

1.1 The following decisions are sought:

That Councillor M.J. Woodhall replace Councillor Mrs. F. Hindson as a County Council Member on Hampshire Compact and that the County Council's Members on `Tourism South-East' (which replaced the Southern Tourist Board of 1 April 2003) be determined once its representation on this new body had been clarified.

2. Reason

To fill vacancies which have arisen on Hampshire Compact and on the Southern Tourist Board.
